Welcome to Smart Bahrain Hackathon 2021 with the theme IoT for Changing World. The goal of this event is to foster collaboration and generate valuable solutions dedicated to reducing problems currently faced by the Kingdom of Bahrain in the sectors, industry, government, and education.

Each team should come up with one idea anchored to the theme “Revolutionizing the Industrial Internet of Things focusing in one of the following domains:

The event will be held online via MS Teams. Participants invited guests and delegates will be requested to create a Microsoft account to login
Eligibility
2. Every participating institution can send multiple teams, each team will have 3-5 members and one supervisor.
3. Each member must possess knowledge and skills in business handling, engineering (electrical/mechanical) and information technology.
4. Participating team must provide their own set of hardware devices/software in order to produce the prototype.
The following are the hardware/software tools recommended:
(a) Arduino set
(b) Raspberry Pi
(c) XCode
(d) MIT App Inventor
(e) Active AWS Account
